Bouygues and Rowad in running for Alexandria tram contract

Eight consortia have been shortlisted for the half-a-billion euro contract to upgrade the tram system in the Egyptian port city. The Bouygues subsidiary Colas and its Egyptian partner are up against various state-owned Chinese companies.
