Rabat moves to speed up exploration by foreign mining firms in Western Sahara

The head of Morocco's national oil company ONHYM, Amina Benkhadra, wants to encourage joint ventures with mining juniors in the disputed territory of Western Sahara. Several Canadian groups have shown an interest.
