Ankara recalibrates its forces with Saddam Haftar

The Turkish government is strengthening its ties with the self-styled Libyan National Army, while its military officials are holding talks with generals in both the west and east of the divided state. In return, Ankara could secure a lucrative deal on maritime boundaries in the Mediterranean.
