Bangui steps up pressure on Tamoil RCA

The minister of energy is threatening to seize the 13 petrol stations Tamoil RCA operates around the country, with the state citing tax owed estimated at over 4bn FCFA (€6m) as justification. The offensive marks the dismantling of the former Total network in favour of figures close to the regime.
