NB Mining affair: bumpy road ahead for opposition candidate Katumbi in run up to presidential elections

Africa Intelligence has gained access to previously unpublished documents that shed harsh new light on the legal battle over the assets of NB Mining that pits Congolese politician Moïse Katumbi against French businessman Pascal Beveraggi. The saga has always been highly political and is set to become even more so in the run up to the presidential election due to be held in December.
