Star lawyer behind legal bid to force Ramaphosa government to end power cuts

A complaint is to be lodged with the Constitutional Court to force the South African government to bring an end to the country's endemic power cuts. The lawyer behind the offensive is Tembeka Ngcukaitobi, who has got opposition politicians to back him. Ngcukaitobi previously helped convict former president Jacob Zuma twice. [...]
