Ramaphosa ponders candidates for new high-stakes electricity portfolio

On 9 February South Africa's president announced the creation of a ministry of electricity to coordinate the fight against the energy crisis that leaves the country without power for hours on end every day. A favourite has emerged to fill the high-risk position.
