Ex-Rajoelina aide's associate pleads guilty in Gemfields case

In a sudden turn of events that could tarnish the Malagasy president, Romy Voos Andrianarisoa's French associate, Philippe Tabuteau, who was arrested with the Malagasy official in London in August, has pleaded guilty before the Southwark Crown Court for attempted corruption of the mining company Gemfields.
