Sugar and oil exports ban puts Cevital on a sticky wicket
President Abdelmadjid Tebboune's ban on foodstuff exports directly threatens the interests of Algeria's largest private company, which as well as being a major sugar exporter, had plans to sell vegetable oil abroad.
