Jones Group hopes to train Tripoli's troops under Erdogan's shadow
As Turkey takes on the job of restructuring the armed forces of Libya's Government of National Accord, US security consultancy Jones Group International is dreaming of a return to Tripoli. But it will have to work through Ankara to get any contracts.
