Necotrans undergoes transformation
Major internal upheavals are still ongoing at the French transport logistics company, two years after the death of its founder.
Necotrans is a French firm specialising in logistics and international transportation which was founded by the businessman Richard Talbot, who died in 2013. Facing bankruptcy, the company was put up for sale by its shareholders in June 2017, along with its various subsidiaries, and was acquired by Bolloré Logistics and Privinvest, a holding company owned by the Lebanese businessman Iskandar Safa.
