Sonangol

Sonangol is Angola’s state oil company and the largest company in the country. It is the sector regulator, the national producer and an oil trader. Since June 2016, Sonangol has been run by Isabel dos Santos, the daughter of former president José Eduardo dos Santos. She was ousted on November 15 by Joao Lourenco, Angola's newly elected head of state, and replaced by Carlos Saturnino, a close friend of the new president.
