Modi's plans thwarted as summit fails to attract leaders

The postponement of the India-Africa summit, planned in New Delhi this week, has upset the Indian prime minister's ambitions for the continent. The event was meant to enact a new diplomatic strategy towards the continent, especially in terms of boosting investments.
