The late Ivorian prime minister, who used a wide array of financial advisors and asset managers to manage his personal wealth, discreetly helped a number of publicity-shy African VIPs with special trust arrangements. Since his death, these personnalities have been busy trying to recover the funds entrusted to the politician-businessman.
