Ivorian fund Cofina poised to buy into Caterpillar's Africa dealer JA Delmas

After breaking off its alliance with Moroccan royal holding Al Mada earlier this year, Caterpillar machinery distributor in Africa JA Delmas is in talks with ex-banker Jean-Luc Konan's Compagnie Financière Africaine (Cofina) over opening up its capital.
