Abuja fine-tunes case against JPMorgan in OPL 245 affair

Nigeria, whose case against JPMorgan is about to be heard in London, is doing its utmost to prove the bank was negligent over the transfer of $875m from state funds to Dan Etete's Malabu Oil & Gas ahead of the sale of OPL 245 block to Shell and ENI. It says the money was used to bribe Nigerian officials.
