Bamako and Abidjan agree on release of 49 Ivorian soldiers detained in Mali

Alert published on 3/09/22 at 10:00 am - According to Africa Intelligence's sources, Alassane Ouattara and Assimi Goïta reached an agreement on 1 September for the release of 49 Ivorian soldiers arrested on 10 July. The decision is set to be made official in the next few days. Some of the Ivorian soldiers are due to return to Abidjan over the weekend. [...]
