Bucharest's candidate for Francophonie body set for tour of continent

A candidate for the post of Secretary-General of the International Organisation of La Francophonie, former Romanian PM Dacian Ciolos, is set to embark on a diplomatic tour this month that will take him from the north to the south of Africa.
