Brazzaville draws on Karim Wade's expertise for infrastructure deals

During a recent visit to Qatar, Congolese Deputy Prime Minister Jean-Jacques Bouya held discreet talks with the former Senegalese minister now turned businessman. At the heart of discussions were large-scale construction projects involving China.
