BEAC and extractive companies fund repatriation talks enter final straight

The Bank of Central African States has for months been negotiating with mining and oil companies to repatriate part of their revenues from the region. Three days of talks in Paris in July stalled on two sensitive points: interest rates and the question of immunity.
