The ICC in the 2012 presidential campaign

On January 20, the International Criminal Court (ICC) should indict at least some of the six figures it has been investigating over the post-election clashes in 2008. An agenda that is making the entire Kenyan political class hold its breath, as two potential candidates for the 2012 presidential election, the former minister William Ruto and Deputy Prime Minister Uhuru Kenyatta, are affected by this litigation.
