Mining minister Willy Kitobo ordered to explain Kivu tensions

A Nord-Kivu MP has taken the mining minister to task over his handling the Masisi area of Nord-Kivu province, where coltan and cassiterite mines have long been sites of unrest. The admonishment should been seen in the context of the ruling coalition's fragmentation.
