To establish his still very fragile authority over the National Oil Corp, new chairman Farhat Omar Bengdara has reconstituted its board, as well as the boards of many of its subsidiaries.

The page was definitively turned on the Mustafa Sanallah era at the National Oil Corp (NOC) on 7 September when the Tripoli appeal court rejected the former chairman's appeal against his sacking.
