Rabat and Paris lay groundwork for potential royal visit

The two capitals are putting together a comprehensive agenda for the high-level meeting in Rabat on 16 July, a step towards Mohammed VI's potential visit to France. The broad lines covering energy, defence and culture have now been defined.
