Abdelhamid Dabaiba under combined pressure of Sanalla and Washington

Prime Minister Abdelhamid Dabaiba has been stripped of oil revenues by the head of the NOC, Mustafa Sanalla. This is part of a financial blockade supported by the United States, which is anxious to avoid any disruption of oil and gas production, against the backdrop of the Russia-Ukraine war.
