The World Bank's court of arbitration has brought to an end a 12-year legal battle by finding in favour of Peter and Kristof de Sutter following the destruction of their Polo Garments Majunga textile plant in 2009. The judges have ruled that the Madagascan authorities did not take sufficient steps to protect the Belgian company's investment.
