Total unlikely to resume Mozambique LNG in 2022 despite Rwandan military protection

The French major no longer believes that it can restart its operations in Cabo Delgado in the next few months. Despite the presence of Rwandan soldiers, it has no way of guaranteeing even minimal security for several hundred contracted personnel on the LNG site.
