China National Petroleum Corp

The state-owned oil company China National Petroleum Corp has greatly expanded its operations in Africa since 2007. Having for a long time restricted its activities to the countries of the Sahel (Niger, Chad, Sudan), the company branched out into Mozambique in 2013 in partnership with Italy’s ENI.
