Since arriving in power in 2015, President Filipe Nyusi has little by little restructured his diplomatic corps, which serves as a vital tool for conveying to the international community justification for the army's lack of results in the conflict-hit region of Cabo Delgado.

French government investment fund Stoa Infra & Energy set for a new boss

Charles-Henri Malécot is about to hand over the reins of Stoa Infra & Energy to Marie-Laure Mazaud, the current deputy managing director. The fund's future management, which devotes 50% of its activity to the financing of infrastructure projects in Africa, will have to discuss with its shareholders the terms of the next round of financing.
