Although the appointment of several ambassadors by Kinshasa in major capitals (Washington, London, Paris, Beijing and Moscow) has been talked about for more than a year, the Congolese leadership is talking its time. According to a source close to the presidency, this procrastination on the part of the Congolese diplomacy stems from the ongoing conflict
