Army-rebel USMS units to take up their quarters in Ndélé and Bangassou

The Special Mixed Security Units (USMS) should soon be sent to the Ndélé and Bangassou military training camps. It is there that the European Union Training Mission in the Central African Republic (EUTM-RCA), which is helping to set up the USMS units, is preparing to train the headquarters staff of the Central African African Armed Forces.
