Dabaiba puts brakes on election process to consternation of West
Following the official announcement of Khalifa Haftar and Saif al-Islam Gaddafi's presidential bid, Prime Minister Abdelhamid Dabaiba appears to be increasingly in favour of pushing back the elections, a prospect that goes against promises made in Paris and has not gone down well in Western capitals.
